Privacy

IAS Financial (formerly the Charles J. Givens Organization) is a membership organization, and each member is assigned a unique member identification number. When you contact us, we may ask that you disclose certain information, such as your member identification number. We may also ask for personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail addresses, telephone number, credit card number and other billing information.

We ask for this information so that we may assist you with our products and services. We use personal information to respond to questions and inquiries, handle problems, provide notices, process billing and other account requests.

Cookies

A "cookie" is a small data file sent from a web server to a user’s computer. Cookies can be used to store information about a computer user’s preferences, including a previous history of visits to this or other web sites.

This web site does not make use of cookies that collect or store personal information about you. A site log does generate data concerning the number of visits to the IAS web site, but the log generates no personal information about you.

Billing Information

Physical, electronic and procedural safeguards are employed to ensure the security of your credit card and other billing information. Credit card information is made secure by encrypting it whenever it is transmitted or received online. This information is accessible only to IAS personnel responsible for processing it.

Additional Notes

IAS does not sell or rent your personal information to outside parties. IAS may only release personal information to appropriate government agencies where this release is required by law.

IAS may occasionally update or revise this privacy policy to reflect changes in the law or feedback we receive from our members. An updated privacy policy will only apply to personal information collected after the effective date of the change.
